Description:
Climbing a beautiful hillside in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, A Teton Tree House is just what the name suggests: an escape from the crowds to a peaceful and beautiful setting among the trees. Not for the faint of heart, there are 95 gentle stairs to the entry, like a walk in a park, or a climb into the trees. Inside there are a labyrinth of hallways with unusual and fun stairways that lead to six comfortable bedrooms for 12-14 guests. Open beam construction and a rustic decor welcomes you to the Tetons and Yellowstone National parks. Birds abound and who knows what animal will walk across the grounds next! The owner/innkeeper, Denny, is in his 21st year and a 42 year "local" who can give you invaluable tips for sites and activities in the area. This B&B was featured in the National Geographic TRAVELER in 1997.
