The Old Stone Inn in Waynesville, North Carolina offers the feel of a rustic hunting lodge with cozy, simple rooms and lots of privacy, regional antiques, handmade quilts on wonderful beds, mountain and woodland views. Hike, bike, raft, canoe, fish, golf, or go for a train, horse or balloon ride. Take scenic waterfall drives, get lost in the mountains searching for mushrooms, fauna, birds, & other wildlife. Watch the sunset from mountain peaks, view the midnight moon and thousands of stars overhead from your porch, wake up to a glorious sunrise. We have 4 Room Types: small basic Oak Terrace rooms, larger Rhododendron rooms, even larger Chestnut Suites with a sitting area, and individual 2 or 3 room Cottages.
