Valcour Plantation is a 10 acre homestead that has over 12,000 square feet under roof. The main house is named Valcour Verandas and has a two story wrap-around veranda of over 3000 square feet. Guests have the space they need to relax in privacy or join in the party. The Main House has over 4000 square feet inside in three stories with huge live oak branches you can touch from the upper verandas. Valcour Verandas offers three suites for luxurious overnight stays. Valcour Verandas intimate Dining Room seats 20 and the two story Ballroom with an 18 foot ceiling seats 100. Both these rooms are ideal for any function from a business meeting to a wedding.
