The Lake Pointe Inn, the oldest house on Deep Creek Lake in western Maryland, is perched just 13 ft from water's edge and is located across from the Wisp Ski/Golf Resort. The Mission-style furnishings, ironwork and pottery are handcrafted--true to the Arts and Crafts tradition. Relax by the 9 ft stone fireplace in the Great Room or rock in one of our chairs on our wraparound porch and take in the two-mile view down Marsh Run Cove. 7 rooms with private bath, 3 suites: 6 rooms w/ spa tubs, 7 with fireplaces, all rooms have queen beds, tv/vcr and telephone. Complementary bikes, canoes and kayaks. The inn has a private swimming/Boating dock. Enjoy the outdoor firepit and croquet court. A member of Select Registry, distinguished Inns of North America.
