Description:

The home was built around the 1860's. It has housed a pharmacy,beauty shops, a grocery store, children's clothing shop, sporting goods and a gift shop in the downstairs room. Upstairs, above this room, was the old TELEPHONE OFFICE, which served the surounding area. Exactly when it was opened and when it closed is unclear. But we know it was here, because at the top of the narrow stairs is a glass door with a handpainted sign that stills reads "Telephone Office."
